    1:30pm - Chair Yoga All levels All ages – Nicky (60min)
    4:45pm - Mindful Yoga for Children (ages 6 to 10) - Nicky (45 min) 
    6:00pm - Fascia Therapy, Yin Yoga & Thai Yoga Therapy - reduce pain, d-stress and more with Nicky (90min)

    Wednesday February 19th,
    9:30am - Fascia Therapy, Yin Yoga & Thai Yoga Therapy - reduce pain, d-stress and more with Nicky (90min)
    6:00pm - Restorative/Round-body Yoga for EVERYbody (a little stronger but you can do it) - Christine (90min)

    Thursday February 20th,
    10:00am - Restorative/Round-body Yoga for EVERYbody - Nicky (90min)
    4:30pm - Gentle Flow/Restorative - Jeannine (60min)
    6:00pm - Yin Yoga - Carol (60min)

    Friday February 21st Friday ($5.00 Friday) Community Classes – “Ohana’s Stay on Your Feet, Chair & Wall Class!” - Two Classes to choose from! 1/3rd of proceeds collected go back out to the community! A great way to keep yourself healthy and to help others!
