      • Ultraviolet C lights to sanitize before and after classes, and in treatment room – proven to break down virus DNA, destroying it.
      • Identified locations on studio floor to ensure minimum 2-meter separation

      • Bring your own mat and props if you have them.
    • Required protocols:
      • Masks must be worn in reception and when not on your mat. They can be removed when you are on your mat during class. We have a limited number of spaces available, so please book your times.
      • Hand sanitizer must be used when entering Ohana, or when using the washroom.
      • Capacity is limited to 14 (yes, we have measured it), so pre-register. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.

    5. Wait for me (your host) to sign you into the meeting 
    5. eh voila you can join me on the mat!

    ***ZOOM IN to Linda - Gentle Flow with Linda Schnabel from Horseshoe Valley (60 min)

    This is a 60-minute class that begins slowly and meditatively then builds to include a slow flow sequence that strengthens, energizes, and challenges. We use lying, seated, and standing poses so participants receive a full-body experience. We focus on safe alignment while moving toward your individual edge as we link breath to movement. However, as in all classes, modifications are encouraged to personalize your practice and support your specific fitness level.

    Things you will need: Please bring your mat, two blocks (or large books), a strap (or tie/belt), a bolster (or 2 blankets) to the Zoom class.

    9:00am - Eastern Time: Fascia Stretch & Yoga with Nicky (60min)
    This class works like a massage for the whole body, it is a yoga therapy class that really gets into those tight achy spots. Helping to release tight sore muscles & fascia, works the lymphatic system, general stiffness and chronic pain. Great for EVERYbody from the active to the not so active, persons diagnosed with cancer, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue, diabetes and more. We work from head to toe and the class does cause sensation, but it works!– All levels
    Modifications may be necessary, ask Nicky which modifications will work for you. 

    Things you will need: Yoga Ball (Tennis or Squash Ball ok), Strap, Blanket big enough to make a roll with, bare wall, and a foam roller

    This class has been designed by Nicky Poulin, Yoga Instructor/Therapist/Teacher Trainer for EVERYbody. Created for seniors, those recovering from operations, mobility issues, and more! This class assists the practitioner to increase mobility, range of motion, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and more. This class also includes mindfulness practices, breath work, brain body work and stress management techniques. Part of it’s goals are to decrease falls or fall prevention, promote healthy aging or for those that just haven’t been active in a while! There is something in this class that all will benefit from. All levels are welcome and the class really promoted DOING & Completing more that perfection! Go where you can, do what you can, and have fun while your doing it!

    Things you will need: Chair (without arms - kitchen chair or card table chair works well), bath towel, mat (for non-skid if you have one), yoga strap or rope or bathrobe tie if you have one, soft ball if you have one, 1inch dowel
