    We want to keep us connected, we want to connect with others and we want everyone to come through this healthy and stronger than before, ready to move forward and create what it is that you wish to create, without fear or hesitation and with love. We want you to find tools to de-stress, soothe and calm your body and mind so that while we are physically distancing ourselves we can still stay together. It's coffee hour, come and join us!
